Internet Connection Reality Check
Australian internet speeds vary wildly depending where you live. We've tested our platform across different connection types. You can participate from regional areas, though streaming quality might adjust automatically. Download speeds matter more than upload for most activities, except when you're sharing your screen during coaching calls.
Minimum Speed
5 Mbps download handles video lessons at standard definition. Occasional buffering during peak hours. Good enough for rural connections.
Recommended Speed
25 Mbps download gives smooth HD streaming and quick file downloads. Live sessions run without interruption. Typical NBN 25 plan works well.
Optimal Experience
50+ Mbps supports multiple devices simultaneously. Screen sharing and interactive tools respond instantly. NBN 50 or higher ideal.
Inside Our Learning Environment
The platform looks clean and straightforward. No confusing menus or hidden features. Everything you need sits right where you'd expect it. Here's what you'll see when you log in each week.
Technical Support You Can Actually Reach
Two people handle our technical questions. They're both based in Queensland, working during AEST business hours. Response time usually runs under four hours, longer on weekends. They've seen every weird browser glitch imaginable.
Bridget Koskinen
Platform Support Specialist
Handles login issues, video playback problems, and file access questions. She's patient with people who aren't comfortable with technology and walks you through fixes step by step.
Eloise Dempsey
Technical Coordinator
Manages compatibility between different browsers and devices. If something doesn't work right on your setup, she figures out why and suggests alternatives that will.
Getting Help When Something Breaks
Technology fails sometimes. A browser update changes things, or your internet drops mid-session. We keep troubleshooting simple and document common fixes in our knowledge base.
Ready to Check Your System?
We offer a free compatibility test that runs through your browser and checks everything automatically. Takes about two minutes and tells you exactly what works and what might need updating before our September 2025 intake begins.
